human definitely needs some work

Health: Maybe periapt should give 20 HP if you're human

Invis: I think we're okay where it is with knife out cause you can just buy scanner to stop campers. But it shouldn't be hard to see someone who's shooting at you, so maybe we should make cloak only work if u have knife out.

Bash: I think its duration should be nerfed

Tele: good point on small maps, maybe necklace range should be upped in FY and AIM maps.
