White Screen Box

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?

Everytime I enter a game and type "/help" or anything.
The box that shows up is all white.

Klutch, I am AA27, one of the admins here at .40 cal. So no help text comes up when you type it up?

Is there any other problems besides that one? Looks like a problem with configuration of the files within CS.

Let me look a solution to this problem or something similar and I get to you as soon as I can.
