I thought only 3* could initiate a vote map(Which we don't), and 4* and up were the only ones who could actually do it? I didn't know 1-2* had access to that o.O

I thought we were allowed to votemap under certain circumstances -- for the better of the server? For example, playing a huge map with only 3-4 players in the server. Or when we have too many players and the map is too small without enough spawn points. And make sure it can only be done with the votes of the server
