Headline's Diet!

I lost 25 pounds doing my diet
1. Eat low carb meals. Low carb = No Bread, Wheat is fine, Dont eat Cake, Cupcakes, any thing that looks like its calling you. If it is calling you put it out of sight.
2. Join a sport. Soccer, Football, Baseball, or anything that involves running
3. Step it up a notch. Once you get used to your routine WORK HARDER!!!
4. Treat your self every ONCE IN A WHILE, i fell into this trap and gained 5 pounds and had to lose that.
5. Once you reach your goal you can lower your strictness, but still watch what you eat.
6. Your Done! Relax...
