What a workout on stairmaster. Fast pace to "The Prodigy", slow pace to "Enya"
200 calories are burned under 18 minutes.

If u wanna get strong: download the song : "Moby - Flower". And make push-ups with it every morning. Every time in the song it says "down" u go down and hold, until it says "up"...then u push up. Doesn't matter what are the words between..only listen to these 2 words. Challenge ends when song ends. You will have nice strong hands after like a month or 2 :)

Exercise to burn calories., do strength training to build muscle, drink caffeinated green or black tea, eat smaller, more frequent meals, try not to skip breakfast...
