A little Help??

So um im just wondering pretty sure most of you workout. lol what are some good things to eat before and after those workouts? ive been working out running for 2 hours everyday but not really sure what to eat. :?: nd then i mexican so theres tons of food that i shouldn't eat. XD lol Any suggestions? let me know. :D

Carbs are good, pre-work out shakes, oatmeal if you work out in the morning, Greek yogurt, and brown rice and chicken if you work out after dinner. Remember to drink plenty of liquids. It will help you burn more fats.

Hello there!

Well i go to the gym 5 times a week, before you go just eat some peanuts or take a pre workout shake.
After you are done eat some egg's, sandwiches, or take a whey shake!

If you want to get mass start eating 5 times a day, and go 5 times a week to the gym.

If you need more help just ask!

Drink V8s they are good for your insides, everything flows much much better

Hey plebe, glad to see your question and your interest in fitness! Eating a banana 30 min. Before you run is good as it has the perfect mix of natural sugars and carbs.

after your workout, Phage 0% greek yogurt is what I eat. Im in between a endomorph and mesomorph so I dont really need protein shakes to build mucle.

Given my bodytype, I also cut my carbs in half. I.e. your carb intake per meal should be the size of your fist. Im trying to do a half paleo diet lol if theres such a thing
