Usually if you don't see specific vehicles on the roads it means there something wrong with it.
Some examples could be that it has bad mileage, cheap quality, or that is isn't approved to run on the road.
Or maybe that car wasn't sold on the car market for long and it's a rare breed.

according to my brother-in-law, it's probably a Mercedes-Benz.
