Lost a Good Friend Today

He told me that he wasnt feeling well yesterday morning and have me turn in his homework for him. He left school a couple hours later..
He passed away this morning at the age of 14 at 9:15 this morning... sent to the er, but did not come back... Died so young...
I do not know the cause of death yet. He's the first person I have known to pass away and I feel so bad for not helping him yesterday.

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. It is never easy to lose someone close to you. As with Kirk, I am very willing to talk and/or listen, if you need someone to talk to. I lost my mother a few years ago, and a couple of really good friends over my deployment(s). As Fishmonk said, the pain never really goes away, but you begin to cope with it over time. It gets much easier.. Until that time though, keep your head up, and know that there was really nothing you could have done. The worst thing you can ever do to yourself, is claim blame in something tragic like this. Take care my friend. Hit me up if you need to talk.

Am sorry to hear this man...

I've had to sadly bury a few of my friends too... am 29, and I've lost four friends. War, drugs, murder and suicide... you never forget them, and never try to forget.

I know this is a little late, but I am so sorry for your loss. It is a huge loss and at such a young age too.
