WC3 : Neclace's dysfunctions

Dear Players and Friends,

We have a major issue in WC3 server causing too many inequalities and altering the good balance of the games: Necklace's item is not functioning equally well across the board. It does discriminate ultimates...sometimes it works and then for many others it doesn't.

Thanks to players like "2poor4shoes" (2P4S) - who, by using Draenei+mask+periapth+helm shows how hard it is to face him when necklace is not working - it becomes evident that the problem is a major issue for most players.

In a well balanced Mod., Necklace should neutralize ALL ultimates in ALL races, anytime.

Ideally, it should also block the "portal" item...same way as it should block the Warden's respawn ultimate.

Simply put, just by fixing Necklace the game would become more fair to ALL players, by re-balancing powers it would avoid race-exploit/item-exploit abuses.

In case fixing Necklace was not possible, I then suggest to suspend Draenei's race until a solution is found. Many players are complaining.

(P.S.: I would also point out that 2P4S doesn't seem to have learned much from Crazyman's complaint...)
