Please notice quite a few things:
1) He tries twice to kill people on the ladder, once ever camping there...
2) He sees Unison999 *** walk right behind the dumpster, shoots him, then runs away, then runs back but ignore Unison999 is there (trying to die to make his score less obvious?)
3) He stops to type and seems to toggle, but then later, he either toggled or you can notice his game play drastically changes, as he kills himself and camps, instead of playing as he used to.

I wasn't the only one to accuse him.
