If sql gives you the option to ban permanently and you use it, you just permanently banned someone

i think even when we ban "permanently," as a one star, it maxes out at 30 minutes. correct me if i'm wrong though but that was my experience

That's why I'm so confused. I read that 1 star can only ban for 30 mins but then I saw the permanent option on SQL.
