This demo is inconclusive. Most of the time he is just running and dying. There's not enough evidence here to support walling. Also in all your demo thus far using amx_sqlbans_menu, make sure you change the ban length to 30minutes and the reason, instead of keeping it "unknown". Only 3 * and above are suppose to do bans permanently. This applies if you use amx_sqlbans_menu to ban the person instead of amx_voteban.
