Here is the condump of the whole map. He continued to relog when I would kill him and at the end he killed the survivor with an infect bomb.

I am unable to do this today. Admins, please give him a week ID and IP ban and reset his levels to 1
Thought about giving him a month, but levels reset would hurt him more.
If he countinues after a week, we will continue to reset till he gets the point.
He has been warned before multiple times.
