Suggestion for halo mod

is it possible for halo mod to be a Fast DL server? im not sure if you guys know what i mean but i see many new people on spec Downloading all the things for halo mod but get tired. I waited about 4 minutes (Im impatient so thats alot for me) So if you guys make it a fast Dl server i believe that more people will play
