AFK kicker.

i was thinking maybe a AFK kicker would be a good plugin to have on all servers.
I think it would be good to have as admins have lifes and always can't be around playing. this would help us players avoid the game delay when it take a team to realize that there's a afk and go kill them. yea sure its nice to get free kills, but it's not fun watching a ct guard a bomb when the last t is afk and or the other way around.
