.40 cal Rats server

I love to play on WristHax rats server but it doesn't get enough people to really play or it gets to much and people get slayed. I think we should get a rats server and maybe sammy could fix the problems and make rats even better. Plus it would make more people play of .40 cal

We used to have de_rats in rotation for the wc3 server, but it got over played, and a few admins always switched it there. But I think its been long enough to have it put back in there. It's a super fun map in my opinion +1 to this
