-[.40 cal ]- PUG Server

I've played on some PUG (pick-up game) scrim servers recently and think a PUG server will be a great asset to .40cal. Players can casually scrim (without paying $5 a month for ESEA) and we can get more scrim practice time for our admins too! Maybe we can convert our Scrim Server to a PUG server =)
In a PUG server, players type ".ready" to signify they're ready to scrim. On the right side of the screen, there's a list of player names who are ".ready" and those who are "Not Ready".
(While waiting for more people to join, players keep respawning deathmatch style with 16k so they can have something to kill when waiting. Warm-up their skills.)
Once there's 10 people ".ready", the server randomizes teams, and everybody votes for a scrim map to scrim on. After 15 rounds at halftime, the server auto-switches teams and the first team to get 16/30 wins!
Any leavers are auto-banned for a few days by the server.
Yup that's about it. What do you guys think?
