hey, cant join fy_iceworld because there is a problem with de_vegas.wad
can anyone help me out?

download it from the link Glazed provided, extract the .zip file and put it in your /cstrike folder along with all the other .wad files.
if you're using windows 7, the cstrike folder is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike
