Are there any stickies for Rules?

Hey I would just like to make this post in order to control some bans over people breaking little rules. As I was glancing through the forums, I couldn't find any posts (rules related); and if there are any please reply below. I think we should have a sticky forums of rules, so that all the new comers can take a look at it and try to abide by the rules.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*: Whoever makes this sticky please, be as specific as possible because I myself need some physical guidelines in order to follow it. As soon as this is done, I will make sure that no innocent is ever banned and no wrong doers will get away. (*oh I have my own ways to monitor servers so who ever breaks the rules when I'm not there, don't worry I will catch ya*)

Let's make this fair and square, and kind of the environment Sammy wants us to keep.

Also there are general rules when entering any of our servers. And admins are usually in servers to help guide players to higher knowledge of rules.

You did not look hard enough lol. In every forum and sub forum, there are rules for each section. You can usually tell because they're locked and have 1000+ views.....
