I think the picture just needs to be wider thats why the white space is created... just my 2 cents.

Yeah but Sammy wants it to be a 1039X169 when normal set would be 1039X207 so it creates the box.

Try that Sammy and let me know if it has the boxes around it. If not I will use that program instead of the other one to resizes them. All the programs seem to want to resize it to their set specs. I'm getting photoshop cs6 as we speak(well as I type) so if this one doesn't work we will try that if not I will have to build new ones from scratch.
