Can't change one without the other changing. gif's are layered images.

when I try to edit the size, it removes the flash.

Because gifs are multiple layers and once you mess with the size it just flattens the image

One of my good friends is actually a graphic designer. Silly girl actually has a masters in graphic design. Photoshop is her b***h lol. I will get her to take a look at it, and maybe she can wizard it up for ya. If nothing else, she may be able to remake the gifs entirely at the specified size. I'll let you know Sammo

I didn't notice the white boxes when I uploaded it. I will do my best to cut those out. If not I will do my best see about creating new ones from the old ones. Do you have a copy of the logos with out the gif/hats/ghosts added to it?

I think the picture just needs to be wider thats why the white space is created... just my 2 cents.
