demo stuff

so how do you watch demos at different speeds? and can you pause or play frame by frame? i was curious and couldnt find a thread on it. oh, if there are more options to this lemme know. thanks!

I believe it's viewdemo instead of playdemo that has a little bar where you can pause, slo mo, rewind, all that.
