what exactly is a 40cal advisor?

a 40cal advisor (Consigliere) is someone who has been with 40cal a very long time and who knows all the 40cal rules in and out. they are here to advize members on what is expected of them and to assist them in becoming better admins. and believe it or not better people. they will not argue with anyone. they are here to give advice only. you can take the advice any way you wish. thier opinions are a weighing factor for hiring-firing-promotion and demotions. you will not always agree with the advisors, in this case it will be brought to my attention for judgement.
all 40cal advisors will be reporting directly to me good or bad. keep inmind they are here to help...not badger. if you feel you are being mistreated/singled out by the advisors please feel free to pm me or post in admin abuse. remember we are all on the same team. please respect them as you would me. if you have any questions please feel free to post.

Yea..so before I read saw this post, I noticed Venom and Tom's name had turned colors so I scrolled to the bottom of the main page below the chat box. Consigliere!! makes me want to watch the Godfather movies again lolol
