Do you think we could throw some awp maps back in the rotation? like awp_metro and awp_map for example. I know we used to have metro in WC3 server and I have played awp_map with the WC3 mod and its actually pretty fun. I have been getting a lot of requests to change the map to an awp or scout map lately so I thought I'd try and throw the idea out there

+1. They can be fun! awp_map is a ton of fun on WC3.

I would give anything to play this map again!

I like to play an awp map also...about once every 5 years.

I think that I am too old for awp maps. Takes too long to steady the hand and then shoot.

i love awp maps theyre fun and it really helps you get a better aim. i know we might have some issues with RTD and getting weapons other than an awp, but that rarely happens. people like gun maps like that and i think the awp maps would attract more attention and get new/more players in the servers. whenever we went awp_metro (when we used to have it in rotation) the server filled up like crazy

Not opposed to an awp map occasionally. Just not one of my favorites. I prefer maps with a mission like defuse/hostage.

awp_metro was just a bad version of an AWP map. If we had a fun one I think it would be another story!

they didnt leave whenever it switched to that map when i play? maybe they left cuz u were owning them? lol
and i agree, i like objective maps more than gun maps but theyre fun in moderation. im just sick of all these aim/fy maps all the time. if were gonna play a gun map at least make it a challenge

+1 for an awp map! It can be a good change of pace and also good xp
