mines and captain notes

mines will stay after people leave which is extremely annoying! and on captains notes(protects from 3 hits) this really puts commandos at a large disadvantage cause that counts as knifes as well. i'm not sure if that can be changed or not i just thought i'd put that up. still love the server though. oh btw when people have the awp sniper item(instant kill with awp) i think that gets past captain's notes.
