Think it might be 3 stars and up. If I see you in there I'll transfer you to spec purple. You just got to hope your not alive when I do it.

This mod, is very addicting.
amx_teammenu if admins wish to switch themselves to spec.
But it might cause you to lose your crosshair
or any admin you move to spec, which the fix is to restart cs.
I believe the command is 2* or higher though.
