Something wrong with the mod...

so i reached lvl 70 1-2 weeks ago, and ever since then i cant see my xp anymore, nor can i level up anymore...and im pretty sure that some of the perks do not work in this mod, like the infinite sprint or the multiple attachments for example...can anyone tell me what is happening??
