can anyone tell me how the medic health packs are used (i'm talking about the ones that a medic can place on the floor)?? in the classinfo for medic it also says that you can make them better by increasing your intel...i have a couple of pts in intel, and nothing happens...

I do not think we are capable of picking them up for some reason. Dont think they are activated. Any chance on getting them activate?
