and no we aren't on all the time, but we do have some reliable regulars who record demos and post them in banland so we can take care of those hackers ...

As Venom said, if there are people complaining about hacks, then why not record a demo?
It saves admins the time to be called on request to ban a user, rather then just going on the forums and viewing a demo.

Admins do have life's where they can't be on 24-7. we regulars or not helpless as we can record a demo and than submit it and than they get the bann hammer thrown out them. I know it's anyoning while someone is hacking without a admin around, but it's part of the game.
