I need help with Admin's commands

Ok so I am assigned as an admin from the other server, and all I know is "amxmodmenu"..

I mistakenly banned 2 people permanently, simply because tehre was no option for choosing how long to be banned..

now I want to unban them but I can't find their steam IP.. I googled and tried iplist and all that but nothing is working. How can I unban someone who is already banned? Help appreciated..

I also want to know how to ban someone just for short period. What would be the command for that?
