SPray and pray

This may sound dumb to some people, but to someone not quite as good as most like myself i think it would help. Aiming is not my thing...to kill someone i usually have to walk right behind someone and blast them. Who can help me with where i should aim? i mean in 3 round burst should i aim for the chest and let the recoil take it up to the head? aim for the head? when I spray how high does the actual spray go? should I aim down when i spray? I know there are some pros out there that could tell me exactly where to aim how many bullets to shoot and where they go. what about while running? same questions apply. who could help me with this? 8)

with m4: 2-3 round burst aimed at upper chest/neck (roughly shoulder level)
with ak: 2 round burst aimed at upper chest (roughly shoulder level)
DO NOT shoot while moving. you want to burst, strafe, burst, strafe, etc (while making sure to come to a complete stop BEFORE bursting)

My suggestion is that you play in deathmatch servers so you can practice non stop shootin and youll be forced to conserve ammo when facing multiple people, practicing on aim_ak-colt is also a good map to practice in, or watch how people burst in 40cal intermediate server

i spray all day and night and have learned how to control it

cons:
i get banned for no recoil every now and then
