This thread has made me realize I play on a ridiculously high Mouse Sensitivity.

8.5 lol. I tried scaling it back, but I couldn't achieve my jumping off the ledge, 360 headshots.

It also depends on your mouse and the settings you have for it in windows. If you have a low sensitivity setting in windows but a higher sensitivity in-game it might actually only be about a 4 or 5.

different mice with dpi settings makes a difference as well ..

It was on some other server, it was laggy at the time they had to end it early thats probably why i did good. lag. (:
