Name issues

I got a question as to how the names are. How come we can't have > or < in our names? I haven't had this happen to me personally, but I've seen others have their name changed to 40calgames (#) because. of it.

All the fake steam IDs joined the server (s) as <warrior> player or something along that tag, it was insane how many players would be named after that, so sammy put <|> on the name filter.

Yeah, My usual name has those symbols in it as well, but oh well, just gotta be creative with your name!
