It's impossible to run counterstrike on your phone, so making an app for that is useless. If you're referring to the forums, you could just browse it from the web browser included in phones.

no no for play tom i say for the server like you can see what happen on the server with out use the safari or the internet just go to the app and that it i thing is a good idea

He does have a point, unlike othe forums that have a mobile version available for phones, this one is not. There are apps like Tapatalk that allows users to browse the forums way better than a regular browser.
