-[.40 Cal ]- Games

sorry everyone, but i will be shutting down 40cal servers in a months time. we had a good run and great times for 15 years. the money i spend on this community will soon go to better use.
90% of our members either moved on to other games and/or joined other communities. there are not enough active members to keep things alive. also, im tired of boosting the servers with fake players. im tired of hackers. im tired of ip and steamid regeneration.
i personally dont play cs anymore. i guess i kept things going for everybody else. but unfortunately, it is not worth my time or money anymore.
so farewell everyone and take care. i will miss you all. i will always be proud of the 40cal community and how we changed many lives in the gaming world. there was never a tighter clan than 40cal.
i will miss you all.

During my 7-8 years here, I've met many people and have learned many things from everyone here. Thanks for everything you have done for us sammy and it will definitely be something I'll rememebr forever.

Sammy and 40 cal gave me a home when all other servers sucked and banned me.... admins don't getting awped behind doors

Through ups and downs never had any regrets joining this community. I think im on 11-12 years now with you sammy. It's been a blast. Sad to see this happen but we all want to thank you for keeping it going for so long.

40 cal will always be part of me.

Thank you Sammy! You have done so much for this community and CS 1.6. 40 cal has the only good war3 server so it will be sad to see it and everything else shut down. I know what you mean with the cheaters, it seems like over 50% of CS 1.6 is cheaters. It gets exhausting.
