It is probably most likely your Internet Speed. It is very low and another reason is because you are in Singapore a pretty big distance from where servers are located.
This is your SPEED. Your PING is high even for there.

Your internet speed is fine. But the problem is distance

I remember playing on DIAL-UP which is 56000 and my ping was 102-120
You have a speed of 730000, which is fine

Fine as if server was in the same city as you are, but connecting with such a low speed internationally will spike your ping/latency

First step is to realize if you can afford a faster internet speed and Counter Strike is worth that extra investment

P.S. I agree with DEAD MAN, your computer programs are fine, no need to uninstall anything.

I'll be simple bro: can you afford faster internet and is it worth it if you only play at one server and it is overseas?
If you answer "Yes" to both, then call your Internet Service Provider.

I do not think he is going to be able to get faster internet since I doubt his parents are going to agree for faster internet so he can play lol. (Maybe says its for school related and they might get it LOL) What speed do you think he should get Kitty? I am thinking with 15MBS would help him but i still think he would still have lag spikes from time to time. You seem to know more about it though lol. What is your recommendation?

And did you see all the junk in my PC Kitty lol.
